Morning Delivery Request (9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon)
To request a morning delivery(without surcharge), kindly place the order with payment at least 2 working days in advance. During the online ordering process, include the note “request for morning delivery” in the ‘Order Remarks’ section.
Sundays and high seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day) do not have morning delivery. Although we acknowledge your desire to create a morning surprise for your special event, the large delivery volume at busy seasons makes it difficult to ensure. However, rest assured that delivery will still be made on the specified date.

Night Delivery (6:00 PM – 1:00 AM Next Day)
Night delivery is available every night during our working days, except night before public holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s).
You may select your preferred time frame, which will incur an additional surcharge on top of the product price and delivery charges (if applicable). Each and every fee will be shown throughout the ordering process.
For addresses outside Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, kindly contact us for confirmation before placing an order for night delivery.

Important Notes:

• Recipient Contact Information:
  Kindly include at least one contact number for the receiver, preferably a cell phone. Should one be accessible, please include a backup contact number—office phone, house phone or second mobile phone. Before proceeding further, we will verify the delivery address with the receiver.
• Surprise Delivery:
  We will not disclose the actual item to the recipient until it has been received, respecting the sender’s wish to keep the gift or flowers a surprise.
• Delivery Timing:
  Despite we endeavor to fulfill the desired delivery schedules, unexpected circumstances outside our control may sometimes lead to delays. This applies to all delivery time frames.
• Fixed-Time/Express Delivery:
  Specific delivery times (e.g., “between 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM”) can be arranged for an additional surcharge due to the extra resources required. To avoid these charges, kindly consider the following suggestions:
  Office Deliveries: Deliver to the receptionist or a colleague.
  Residential Deliveries: Deliver to a family member or neighbour.
  College/University Deliveries: Deliver to a friend if the recipient is unreachable (kindly provide the friend’s contact number).

  Cities/areas listed below refer to main towns. Addresses outside these areas may be charged additional charges.
  Should the delivery city/area not be stated or if you have doubts regarding it, kindly get in touch with us before making the purchase.
  Special areas, such as plantation estates (e.g., Felda, Palong), may require prior confirmation.
• Delivery Charges:
  Delivery fees are charged on a ‘per address per trip’ basis (e.g., multiple products delivered to the same address in one trip will incur only one delivery fee).
• Product Minimum Price:
  The ‘Minimum Product Price’ price mentioned after the delivery area name refers to the price of the main product.
